Once you’re an existing client, I’ll invite you to take advantage of my online appointment scheduling site. The site is easy to navigate and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…available whenever you are. Appointment scheduling is open as far out as 60 days in the future and auto refreshes everyday. SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.  Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:  In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.  Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a paid invoice worth 1/2 the price of the scheduled service amount will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, without notice, a paid invoice worth the full price of the scheduled service amount will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
