Covid-19
Hi there!
I’m so excited to have you in for your appointment, just a reminder of how your appointment is going to go…
As our community continues to be impacted by COVID-19, we all need to make it a priority to create a lifestyle that keeps you and your family safe, while respecting the health and safety of those around you. If is my first priority that, while you're in my care, the safety practices in place allow you to relax and enjoy your appointment, while also ensuring that the possible spread of germs is at an absolute minimum. I can do everything in my power to protect you, BUT it is IMPERATIVE that you do your part as well. Below I have listed the current guidelines for visiting the salon.
• Face masks will continue to be REQUIRED for your appointment. They will need to cover your mouth and nose. If you don't have a mask (or don't want to get yours wet or color stained), I have plenty available for you to use while in the suite. If you choose to wear your own, please make sure it is the type that loops behind your ears and not the type that ties behind your head.
• Have you had a cough? Have you had a fever? Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days? Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined? I will be taking temperatures with an in-ear thermometer as you enter the suite. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, answer yes to any of the questions above, or have obvious symptoms associated with COVID-19, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
• For those of you who have tested positive (or presumed positive) for COVID-19. To be able to come in for your next appointment, you will be required to be SYMPTOM-FREE (no cough, fever, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) AND 14 days after the onset of symptoms (or 14 days after a positive test if you were asymptomatic). I WILL NOT compromise on this and plead with you to be honest about your condition. You would be putting myself and the many guests that I see at risk if you choose to not abide by these guidelines.
• Appointments will still continue to happen "one at a time." I am only allowed to service one client at a time in the suite.
•Our hallway waiting areas are now open if you choose to use it. You are still more than welcome to wait in your car for your appointment. If you choose to wait in your car, just text me (678-316-8246) when you arrive for your appointment and then I can let you know when the suite is clean and ready for you to come in. If you decide to wait on the benches in the hallway, please keep 6 feet between you and anyone else waiting in the hallway.
• WAITING LIST: If you would like to be added to my waiting list for appointments, please go online and schedule the first appointment that fits your schedule (even though it may be much farther out than you'd prefer) and then write in the "notes" section of the appointment what your availability is and when you'd prefer to come in. Then, you will automatically be added to the wait list and will be contacted as appointment times come available. If you already have an appointment scheduled and would like to be added to the waiting list, please email me at hello@aundreabaisleybeauty.com and I will add you to the list.
• Curbside pickup and shipping options are available for product needs. You can head over to aundreabaisleybeauty.com and go to "Online Shopping" to order your haircare products to be delivered to your home or made available for curbside pickup. You may also select "curbside pickup" to make your product choices available for pickup at your next appointment. That allows me to pull your selections and put them aside for you insuring that they're available to you when you come in.
• I urge you to PLEASE be honest about the state of your health. If we need to reschedule your appointment, I will do everything in my power to get you into the suite in a timely manner (you will not be put at the end of the list). There are PLENTY of people who would trade appointments with you. If you, knowingly, come into the salon with a high risk of spreading this disease, you put me at risk, my family at risk, my business at risk, and the many guests that I see everyday at risk (some of them who are very high risk). Please do the right thing and make good choices regarding your health and the health of those you come in contact with.
